 WE WILL RESPECT THE DEAD LINES FOR LOW FEES

To qualify for low fee, payment must be received before March 20, 2006

We prepare an awesome event for you.  Very Intense Workshops. You know how much work is involved with so many dancers coming.  All Volunteers are Dancers like you, and give the best of their energy and time to make the SPIRIT move on… with no problems and delays.   You all have been always wonderful and we ask you again: Please cooperate so we can run our event smoothly.

THIS YEAR WE WILL MIX TROUPES & TEACHERS IN THE 2 PERFORMANCES on  FRIDAY & SATURDAY.

  1. THE SHOW is open for All Dancers Tribal - Fusion - Gypsy Tribal - Romani - American Tribal - Folkloric Village -World Tribal - Neo Tribal - Ethnic Fusion From Near & Far East - Goddess & all styles alike
     

  2. PERFORMERS : To Perform in the show, you  must be pre registered for at least  4 classes & will get FREE SHOW ONLY on the night you are performing.

    LIMIT TO SOLOS: 3 min.  LIMIT TO DUETS: 5 min.   LIMIT TO GROUPS: 6 min. 

    LIMIT for TROUPES w/Full Band: 10 min

    Priority to be accepted for the Line up are the TROUPES, & if time permits we give space for SOLOS Performers as every year. The SOLOS will be on a waiting list until we have the whole line up of the Troupes set up.– Depending of the time available the decision is made by the Production & Stage Managers. Once the show is full, we won‘t accept any more registration. Dead line to register to perform is till JANUARY 5th.
     

  3. TEACHERS  bringing 5 students registered together before the dead line of the LOW FEE on MARCH 20 for at least 4 classes, the TEACHER gets ONE Free Show where she is not performing & ONE Free Class of the value of $30.
     
  4. REGISTRATIONS must be clear w/ All names, addresses, CLEAR emails & choice of classes w/ the TOTAL of classes & TOTAL PAID INCLUDED. Registrations Not completed fully & NOT CLEAR…will not be accepted.  You will get your tags & tickets at the Registration Table on site.
     
  5. VENDORS...Viewers, watchers, buyers has to register for the same fees above for classes and for the Shows.
     
  6. NO REFUND  at under no circumstances &  there will be no exchange of classes.  be sure of your choices  in advance.         no credit for classes.               all registrations forms must be paid in advance.
     
  7. N0 VIDEOS ALLOWED  - All performers sign a Video Release, to be sold ONLY for students & performers present at the event.  
     
  8. ONLY PROFESSIONAL VIDEOGRAPHER and PHOTOGRAPHER  assigned by the Production of the Spirit of the Tribes# 6 are allowed to video & take pictures of the event.  No one else.
     

 

 

 

To All DANCERS-  ADVICES -   READ VERY CAREFULLY.

  • The Production of the Event tries to keep the fees as low as possible (the same as the last years) for you to take advantage of so many awesome teachers at one time in one place… and can afford as many classes as you can take. Pay attention to the different fees.  Dead line for low fee will be respected.
     
  • This year the line up is very tight, more teachers, less time to rest& classes starts REALLY EARLY.!!!
     
  • Pay attention to the time of the classes.
     
  • Be aware and prepared for hard work. Eat Properly. Drink lots of liquids.  Warm up before classes… as the teachers are advised to jump right into the content of the class immediately.
     
  • The Cafeteria at the site is open at all times & will have Falafel and such... Food we like.
     
  • As the Floor of the Auditorium is as marble & cold, we advice to wear dancing shoes and warm clothes in case of Floor work.
     
  • All tickets for the Show purchased in advance through Registration Form must be picked up at the Registration Table during the day till 3.30 pm the latest. Not at the time of the Show.
     
  • NO TICKETS will be kept on your name for “WILL CALL” at the ticket booth.
     
  • Do not send Registration Form to purchase ticket for the Show ONLY. We will not accept it.
