LIDIA SAMOS, (http://www.lydiasamos.com.br) one of the most stunning dancer of the week end, so much presence and beauty. She is from Greece & teaches in Sao Paulo
GRACE BENZAQUIN, (gracebenzaquen@ig.com.br) we kept embracing each other all the time. She is the sweetest teacher performer in Rio.
RAED RADAMES. (www.raedradames.hpg.ig.com.br) dancer & teacher from Brasilia The dearest fun male dancer. We had so much fun and pleasure watching him in his Black Cat costume and dance (Gato Negro) I got this sweet email from him… in Portuguese….. " voce também é muito especial, quando te vi dançando senti realmente a Deusa em mim!!!, e que as bençãos do Nilo e que Isis brilhe com você . Beijos Felinos"

These dancers are 2 different groups and did an amazing job, that I wish I could bring all of them to Florida…. The left one are from ILHA DO GOVERNADOR- Rio . I wish I could take pictures of the 3 days and all dancers but was impossible. They were too many.

(www.mayrashams.kit.net) One of the dancer at Mabruk and a beautiful dancer has a book "Belly dance and its therapeutic Face….or A Danca do Ventre e sua Face Terapeutica.." really nice with movements, the story of the dance, music, instruments, and is directed to all of those who appreciate the changes in their life .
MERIT ANTON - (www.geocities.com/Paris/Jardin/1029) Another Dancer from Sao Paulo who wrote a book on Belly dance is Merit Anton "Belly Dance , Dance of the Heart or Danca do Ventre, Danca do Coracao"… a research of 13 years of the aspects of the culture, social, technique and therapeutic of the danse.
THE SHOPPING- In Brasil in general there is an intense variety of belly dance costumes because of the Carnival & so many talented people with knowledge in working with beads. In Sao Paulo I got lost in a market street "Rua 25 de Marco", just fantastic with hundreds of stores at wholesale prices and can find jewelry stores, Indian wear, trims fabrics & accessories , carnival costumes including belly dance belts and bras. THE ARAB STORE belongs to TONY MOUZAYEK, most popular musician with many Cd’s in the market and performs with most famous dancers, and can be seen at the ATHILIO Restaurant - Rua Comendador Abdo Schahin, 17 - Centro Sao Paulo the LUXOR BAZAAR is nice too. Ladeira Porto Geral # 55 - Sao Paulo MARLI www.balily.com From Balily fashion in Sao Paulo has a whole line of very creative belly dance costumes, and the prices in general favors us because of the exchange. She was at MABRUK OLGA & OMAR NABOULSI ( http://www.bellydance.com.br) from Sao Paulo besides that they sponsored Setrak & Samara , Rakia and many big names, they have a mobile store where I got over 10 Videos of the stars of Egypt, brasilian and international performers. She was at MABRUK ATELIER TONY & ROBBY - S P - elegance in costumes www.ateliertonyerobby.cjb.net THEMIS from Brasilia - (themis@br.inter.net) Besides that she is the most elegant dancer and presented us with a beautiful performance, she also presented her costumes in the fashion show and it was a wonderful visual. IN RIO - Centro Commercial in Copacabana & The Market Street at Rua da Alfandega in Centro. Where I got nice jewelry and fabric.
