 I hereby release Maja Healing Arts & The War Memorial Auditorium from any liability & are not responsible for any loss or injury, personal or otherwise, or stolen articles incurred in association with the SPIRIT OF THE TRIBES 2008 workshop and shows in April 24, 25, 26, 27, 2008.
I hereby release all interests in the videotape produced for the workshop and agree to the taping as a condition of my participation in the 2008 Spirit of the Tribes show, to be sold ONLY to the DANCERS PERFORMING at the event.
