The Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center is located at the corner of 17th.St. Causeway, less than 2 miles from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport, and it’s the Street who takes us in 5 min to the Beach, with plenty of hotels and restaurants around and by the Beach.

The Gathering takes place at the Palm Room which is located on the 2nd. Floor. It’s a huge carpeted facility and will be divided in 2 parts .The vendors and the workshops will be separated by a division…….

ATTENTION: The Convention Center is located at the northern end of Port Everglades, the largest cruise Port. Since Sept 11th, Security has been implemented with checkpoints at all entrances to the Port.

All attendees must present photo ID at the check points and allow ample time. Thank you for your cooperation to create a safe area…

THE PARKING: is connected with the PORT and the Convention Center. After you pass by the check point you pass by the Parking Toll & from Inside the Parking you have 2 bridges to cross and get you inside the Convention Center. YOU WANT TO CHOOSE THE SOUTH BRIDGE which takes you right to the PALM ROOM ON THE 2nd floor

PARKING FEES

• One hour: $2

• One hour to 5 hrs: $5

• Each additional is $1

• Maximum daily rate is $12

• Oversize vehicles: Up to 5 hrs: $6

• 5 to 24 hrs: $15

There is plenty of free parking across the 17th St. Causeway in a couple of Plazas….in a few minutes walking distance.

Right onto SE 17th. St.
SE 17th. St to Eisenhower Blvd- take Right

The best rate, considering the high season  will be $120 for double room + taxes  w/ FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE & CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST . 

THE SHUTTLE SERVICE is provided from 6.30 am to 10.45 pm.

1) From the Ft. Laud. Airport- you will find a courtesy phone at the baggage area as BEST WESTERN MARINA INN that you call  and give the # of Terminal where you are , and they will pick you up for sure…..

2)  From Hotel to Convention & or back Free Shuttle You have to ask at the reception, & they’ll arrange it for you…
