THE CLASS: BELEDI GHAWAZEE W/ FINGER CYMBALS I will teach a Beledi ghawazee course with finger cymbals. HANAN will share this amazing choreography focusing on skill building in the areas of structured improvisation, feeling and timing. SHE will use regional, authentic music of Egyptian countryside as instrumental in layering complex folk styling and vocabulary. CANNOT MISS THIS GEM. |

Unleash your inner diva and prepare to
have fun as KAYA teaches one of her show-stopping drum solos.
Learn the secrets to creating what is traditionally considered
the most exciting piece of any performer’s show.
KAYA shares many of her favorite “tricks and stunts”; these dynamic isolations and layering combinations will challenge even the most advanced dancer. You’ll work on refining your muscle control and developing your strength and stamina in this non-stop choreography. No muscle group will be left behind and expect a few surprises in this high-octane workshop. |
