REMINDERS AND INFORMATION/ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1) THE SHOW is open for All Dancers Tribal - Fusion - Gypsy Tribal - Romani - American Tribal - Folkloric Village -World Tribal - Neo Tribal - Ethnic Fusion From Near & Far East & all styles alike.
2) PERFORMERS : To Perform, you must be pre registered at least for 3 classes & gets Free Show ONLY on the night you are performing.
LIMIT TO SOLOS & DUETS: 5 min. LIMIT TO GROUPS: 7 min. - LIMIT for TROUPES W/ MUSICIANS: 10 min
LIMITED REGISTRATION FOR LINE UP & Deadline to register to perform is DECEMBER 20TH
3) TEACHERS bringing 5 students registered together before the deadline on FEBRUARY 15th for at least 3 classes, the TEACHER gets a Free Show and one Free Class (ANY CLASS, EXCEPT LEILA'S CLASS). Make sure the Registrations are clear w/ All names, addresses, emails, & choice of classes w/ the total of classes & total to pay included.
4) VENDORS...Viewers, watchers, buyers has to register for the same fees above for classes.
5) NO REFUND at under no circumstances & there will be no exchanges of classes. Be Sure of your choices of classes in Advance.
6) N0 VIDEOS ALLOWED - All performers sign a Video Release, to be sold ONLY for students & performers PRESENT AT THE EVENT.
7) ONLY RICHARD FENDELMAN (FL), PROFESSIONAL VIDEOGRAPHER and LINA JANG (NY) PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER are assigned by the Production of the Spirit of the Tribes to video & take pictures of the event. No one else is allowed to video or take pictures.
8) ADVICE to the DANCERS: as the floor of the Auditorium is as marble, and cold......so we advice to wear dancing shoes and warm clothes, in case it is required to go down to the floor.
